Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few imporrant deadline dates that we ask you take note of:









If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside 20 rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES
- THE FIRST DEPOSIT OF $200 PER ROOM IS DUE ON THURSDAY, APRIL 1, 2021. 

- THE SECOND DEPOSIT OF 30% OF YOUR TOTAL ROOM COSTS IS DUE ON TUESDAY, JUNE 1, 2021 -- THIS IS THE FINAL DATE TO GUARANTEE A ROOM RESERVATION. 

- ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION ARE DUE ON SATURDAY, JULY 10, 2021
